ABOUT MARGARITA
Margarita is the first point of contact when you enter the clinic. Margarita handles all front end administrative duties including billing, booking appointments, and overseeing both patient and physicians operational needs.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy travelling and going on hikes and dinners with my husband. I also love to binge-watch my favourite Netflix shows like true crime and late night talk shows. I enjoy any summer activity that gets me up and moving.
How do you create a great patient experience?
To me great patient experience is all about listening! I belive being able to provide more than a visit but a pleasant moment they want to keep coming back too. I believe communication and trying to help them despite the situation make for a welcoming experience.
