Nozipo is part of the administrative team, supporting daily clinic operations and ensuring patients feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. With a background in both hospitality and wellness, she brings strong communication skills, organization, and a calm, positive presence to the clinic environment.

What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, Nozipo enjoys teaching Pilates, strength training, running, and hiking whenever she can get outdoors. She loves staying active, challenging herself physically, and exploring nature. She also enjoys reading, cooking, and continuously learning new things.

How do you create a great patient experience?
I believe a great patient experience starts with warmth, attentiveness, and clear communication. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, respected, and
supported from the moment they arrive. By staying organized, proactive, and approachable, I strive to ensure each person feels valued and confident throughout their care journey.
