Esther is the newest addition to our front end team! As our Patient Experience Coordinator, she not only handles all the front end administrative duties, but she also brings our social media profiles to life with interactive posts and reels. She’s the mastermind behind keeping our online presence fresh and engaging.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy taking film photography, planning birthday parties, binge-watching my favourite shows and staying active.
How do you create a great patient experience?
To me creating a great patient experience involves creating a warm & welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring clear communication with patients. It’s about treating patients like family, going the extra mile, and always keeping a positive attitude.
