What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, Yhana enjoys staying active by doing different sports such as bouldering, soccer, and volleyball, and exploring nature through outdoor adventures.
How do you create a great patient experience?
To create a great patient experience, I believe it’s important to have a positive attitude so patients feel safe and welcomed right away. Being empathetic and understanding helps ensure they feel heard and supported while receiving the care they need. Additionally, I stay open to feedback, showing that I value their input and reinforcing that I care about their experience, always striving for excellence to provide the best care possible.
