The physiotherapist complies with current infection prevention and control recommended measures to support the health and safety of clients, health-care providers, themselves, and others.
At Avenue Physio we are committed to provide a safe environment for our staff and patients by following the policies and procedures below:
- Online appointments are offered by all our physiotherapists to provide another option for your recovery
- Masking is recommended if you are feeling unwell (masks are provided)
- If you are more comfortable if your therapist wears a mask we are happy to oblig
- Treatment rooms are sterilized using hospital approved solution and pillows linens are changed after every treatment
- Regular surface sterilization of the entire clinic and equipment
- 5 points of hand hygiene between all treatments
- Safe management and disposal of waste and sharps
